Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Animals In The Maine Real Estate Video Presentation.

When you list, market a Maine farm, property that is ideal for raising critters, animals like the horses, cows, a small four legged furry collection help the cause.

The impression of a horse farm in Maine is stronger, more apt to cause a sale if animals are in the video.

Because it is like a town, city, that has beautiful buildings, parks, open community spaces, places but no people.

Like you just missed an alien space ship and the blue light that just vacuumed every one native into the belly of a star cruiser and whisked them away.

Barking dogs do not help a video sound track. Their collars jingling, wrestling and toe nails tick tick ticking as they pace and are excited about company in the house detract, distract.

Cats lounging on the center of a kitchen counter or middle of a dining room table don't add to the warm and fuzzy reaction to the other end of the marketing signal either.

Even if they buyer of the Maine real estate is an animal lover.

They may like their own better and their pets have rules, limits like their kids who are house broken too.

Well behaved, quiet on the set works best if making a video, shooting stills and trying to have the best presentation.

Make the over the top first impression that sticks. Works its marketing magic.

So have found with farm listings in Maine that animals are the stars, the cherry on top. But in a home, getting the pets rounded up and all kept quiet is key. So the sound track is not salt and peppered with whining, barking, other sounds like Lassie when Timmy is in trouble again. And wandered off the farm television set alone again on another of his adventures.

Here is a place where my own cat wanders into the video, that is a neighboring property listing in Maine we have for sale.

Maine, big state, less people, lots of wildlife.

Andrew, nice blog and even better video with your cat in the starring role. Good luck in 2013!

Norman ... Thank you! Have had some other black and white actors make the property listings videos shine too.

The outdoor life on a farm in Maine wouldn't be complete without horses and dogs in the photos and videos!  They make the farm come alive for buyers who seek that lifestyle.  Nice photo.

Maureen .... Like a saloon without cowboys, call girls, the piano player. Just what was expected.
