Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Like An 8 AM College Real Estate Marketing, List And Sell Daily Class.

Active Rain, being on campus daily and popping in and out of classes means the real estate education continues.

Grows, and is not a once a month, or annual gathering like a REALTORS convention.

Or continuing credits for real estate seminar. No no. Daily interaction like opening up the real estate newspaper, dialing in the channel on the tube that educates, teaches and improves how we do the list and sell of real estate today.

Not so titillating real estate market reports for the hit and run blog posts don't get stopped at.

But areas that an agent, broker, REALTOR needs to beef up on and is weak. Those are the refreshing stops to develop new skills. To cruise your facility and look for the slack. Finding new ways to remove it that starts with spotting it first. Because better use of time, money, resources are always out there. As the practice, practice, improving skills process never stops. You don't graduate from Active Rain. The educational process continues because real estate marketing changes. Evolves with technology like every other career out there in a highly specialized field. active rain real estate university logo

So like an 8 AM college class, the ones you had to grab some ZZzzzz's and be wide awake, bushy tailed for, AR is a daily campus visit.

Continuing learning. To bone up and glean all you can to be the best at the real estate dog and pony. And for the areas that you spend a little more time in as the real estate agent, broker, REALTOR, contributions, insights. Sharing what you learned happens. Asking for help, guidance and past experience stories too. Lessons learned from mistakes, triumphs, the trial and error but all requiring determination, daily never let up effort. To master the learning curve on the many facets of marketing real estate today. To streamline the list and sell, twist and shout about your local area, the property listings in it.

Maine, big state, less people, more wildlife and outdoor natural beauty.

Good morning Andrew.

Well said!  Lately I've been trying to get in the habit of turning on my Active Rain news channel while I consume several cups of coffee to get me adequately charged for the day.

By the way, my personal goal as been trying to figure out how to make market reports titillating.

Have a great day.

p.s.  I need to post some pictures of Colorado College.

The webinars offered by ActiveRain University are very well done.  This is a prime membership benefit.

Zillow also offers excellent webinars.

Andrew, thanks for a good reminder.  I've been immersed in the IMSD thing for the last four weeks trying to get a handle on the whole social media thing and its really helping.  You've given a brilliant suggestion though to treat AR University like a 8am class and incorporate it into a regular schedule.  There is a wealth of knowledge in the classes and now that they've been recorded it is much easier to work into a regular schedule.

Roy .. education is never wasted no matter where it comes from...find the sources, feeds the hunger, satisfy the thirst.

Lou ... AR is here to tap into and you only get out what you make time to glean.

Mona ... Habits in life, work, this is a good spot for becoming a better real estate agent, broker, REALTOR.
