When you blog on real estate using the Active Rain platform the SEO benefits are huge.
But like a multi screen movie theatre with more selection of flicks to show and tell.
To munch on super large tall bags of buttered popcorn, oversized special super sized candy containers and a drink the size of a 55 gallon drum.
Other platforms for blogging are needed. To increase the audience size, the reach and frequency of your message on the Internet.
To NASCAR buddy system draft and SEO cross pollinate to hit different segments of the audience.
For more than just chocolate or vanilla flavors and that's all she wrote. Selection, choice, options are what folks want... to best suit their needs.
To fit like a glove to meet their expectations.
Delivered like cooking steak. Just the way they like it.
Not all our buyers of Maine real estate want just homes or are only "houses are us" type listing purchasers. No no.
Many are tell me about undeveloped recreational land on the waterfront. Something bordering a river, lake in Maine.
Or what about a mom and pop small grocery, other business property where I can make what I am worth. Where I can buy a job.
Maybe farming, woods realted work is what the property is going to be used for.
So other platforms need feeling on other real estate channels.
Do you have more than one blogging real estate channel?
To broadcast more than one clear channel signal.
Like betting on more than one horse in the Maine house race.
Improving your odds of being found, eyeballed, listened to is good marketing, businesses practice. All the time.

So true Andy, we can't rely on one platform to take care of all of our needs and get us the exposure that we need to be successful. Excellent point, well made.
Hi Andy,
I need to take your advice and add some other platforms. I also need to work on video. I really like how your horse show/lives stock show video. You've got enough platforms, I was able to quickly find the one that appealed to me.
Great advice, Andrew. There is some time management issues involved here as well.
Great tips and pointers on using this platform and others! You have to go out where the buyers and sellers will find your message!
Roger Roger... One horse betting days are over. Drop an extra handful of marbles on the marketing red and black revolving wheel.
Sondra ... Exactly! One diner is okay, but more diners, a chain of them and all a tad different niche, segment of the audience wins, places, shows every time. You don't just want to be on the Internet like Johnny One Time. You want to dominate subjects, front page indexes. Short and long tail.
Gabe ... Rotation, on the OMRE and MR Blogs, rotate who's up today and what's it gonna be. The Me In Maine is for fun. But shows the area and spirit of Maine well.
Renee ... Take the show on the road, not wait for the buyer to come to you. Get away from the watercooler. Better yet sell it to make space for another media station to open another channel, portal, hailing frequency for the real estate buyer.
Good advice from Andy. I appreciate you and your efforts - you clearly "get it."
Have a Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Debb... Always more to learn. Happy St Paddy's Day to you too!
Andy,
Great advice, wishing you a great Sunday and the joy of the Irish with it. Wishing you a very delightful day. A
Happy St. Patrick’s day! Wear your green and have a very special day.
