Hi Andy,

One of my goals this year is to get traffic to my YouTube site.  I have been building it for a couple years, but do not have the traffic I should at this point.  I like what you write here, I need to bookmark and re-read and capture ideas to help.  First thing I'm going to do is separate my personal videos from my Real Estate videos.  Thanks.

Andy,  You are so right.  When I click on a websites that takes forever to load (Like 30 seconds or more) I click off and go somewhere else.

S & D ... So true. Media masters, not just salesman of the area, property listings. Delivery in the format the buyer of real estate wants and will get from you. Or someone else if you are not Johnny on the Spot to provide day or night!
