Andrew, this is a great ad and hopefully some savvy waterfront buyer will read this and snap if up.  Sometimes the best deals are made when you are willing to look past superficial things and invest a little imagination with your elbow grease!

Mona .. calling a real estate spade a spade. Low cost means roll up your sleeves but the carpenter, do it yourselfer in the crowd high on ambition and a little strained on the wallet they sit on means "list all, serve all". Real estate agents or brokers that get snarky and say "ooooh, this place needs work or is not so rose like smelling" miss a big chunk of the market. The folks that are looking for a real deal in Maine real estate. Give them what they want, across the board with all types of properties in all price ranges, conditions.
