You know I always enjoy your videos! You just know how to make the features (and benefits) of the properties you represent shine.
MM ... We have 1000 videos for local area events, property listing tours and would not be using the sight and sound media so heavily if they were not the cat's meow. Buyers want videos for quick easy tours when they are busy or many miles, times zones away. Have sold many properties based on just the video for cash all by themselves. And told over and over that the 13 hour away buyer would not have considered the property they bought if the video had not snuck them in so easy on their time schedule. Less than 5% of professionals use video sadly. Be the little red hen that does in your market. Not just you tube platform, upload branded and unbranded to realtor.com, mls, other platforms.
