You've Decided To Split Up The Maine Farm...Too Much Land For Grandmother.

Like any surgery, cutting up a large gem, careful consideration is needed.

Measure twice, cut once. Same logic you tube video logoapplies to the family farm in Maine that Grandmother has decided to carve up. A few things to keep in mind before slicing, dicing up the property acreage, all that land surrounding the set of Maine farm buildings. Easy does it, think this through. Slow it down Grammy. Toggle the Maine farm video.

Tips On Selling Off, Dividing Up The Maine Farm Video.

Maine farms, all sizes, prices, tyypes. Watch videos on Maine farm property listings. Spread out, raise crops, critters, kids on a Maine farm. I would love the challenge, opportunity to share what I know about the subject and grew up on one. Can save you some steps, bring up points you may not have thought about.

Maine, wide open spaces, down to Earth people.

Emotions, sentiment kick up. I know, own one but bought it for the right reasons. Want to live there some day, raise a few head, a little crop of something to eat to feed others. Not bought to keep someone else from living there, farming. That is the wrong reason to buy a family farm. The kids may need a piece of it someday too!
