Excuse Me, Would You Like More Water With Your Houlton Maine Home Listing (Gurgle, Splash, AAhhhhh)

Let's face it, besides your doctor harping on the benefits of those eight glasses of water per day, having a Houlton Maine home overlooking some waterfront is pretty darn exciting.

Consider this Victorian home on the banks of the Meduxnekeag River.

It's the site of Houlton Maine's spring canoe race.

Open porches, glass ones too.

Laundry, bay windows, beautiful original woodwork, floors and doors.

And two blocks walk from Houlton Regional Hospital. The same two blocks to get to the downtown of Houlton Maine.

This Aroostook County property has the three "L"'s for location.

Your shoes are fine for this walk through, really.

It's okay to leave them on.

The sellers insist.

Said don't worry about it.

And on the way through admiring the patterned hardwood floors, remember.

Think about this spot, Maine home as one ideal professional/residential house for other uses besides just a roof over your head residence.

Very appealing Victorian, Andy. You do a great job of making it an enticing home.

Andy - Good presentation of this home.  I really liked the hardwood flooring something we don't see on a regular basis in my area.  Looks like the kitchen offers great storage space too!

Great job marketing this home.  What I really want to know is do you guys have any snow up there?  I'm desperate for some this winter, maybe a second home in Maine is what we need.  ;-)

Lots of fun to enjoy all four seasons. This winter has been light in the snow department but we ski, snow sled, play hockey on the ponds, lakes, in the local arena just the same! Scope out the other waterfront Maine videos and that will cure the itch!
