Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Maine Residential Real Estate Home Sales | Not Just The 5-3-1 Houses Being Moved.

maine lupine wild flowers

The words "Maine homes" can make you think a ocean front sea captains victorian on a bluff with a widow's watch glass top story to maximize the view.

Or a Maine waterfront 2nd vacation lake home for long weekends, eventual retirement full time use.

Maybe the image of "Maine homes" makes a buyer visualize a farmstead wrapped with lots of rolling fertile field acreage. And woodlots with streams criss crossing them.

I'm lucky to live in Maine where the term home is not just the standard in town cape or shoe box 5-3-1 ranch.

The day to day never gets boring because the phone calls, emails and office visits never have real estate buyers making the same request.

After the same thing is not the Maine real estate dog and pony and partly because folks have greater distinctions, requests.

On what they desire, how they want to live.

The property listing, Maine real estate they select is a big part of the lifestyle setting as the cornerstone of making their dream reality.

So having a well stocked Maine real estate inventory, in all price ranges and delivered in a variety of media methods is crucial.

No matter what time of day, like a short order cook ready to ring the kitchen bell that your Maine real estate property listing order is up.

Because the Maine real estate buyer is busy, has an action packed life. And when they have a moment, you have to be boy scout ready, prepared.

Andy, you are the boy scout with the mostest too....presenting your land at hand with better than a dog and pony show for sure...btw, i absolutely love the lupins when they present themselves on the roadsides in ME!!

S and D ... Got you signed up for flying lessons. Have arranged some easy, long term financing on a silver bird so just took care of that small stumbling point! (Smile)

Ginny ... I am most fond of lupines of all the wild flowers Maine is Johnny Appleseeded with too! I like the way that they "just show up". On their own like floral eye candy rebels, renegades, long stemmed refugees to brighten, pretty up the landscape.

Good morning Andy,

If I had a blank slate and could move anywhere I wanted to in the US and all I had to make my decision was the information I read on Active Rain, I'd be living in Maine!

Cindy ... I think the propaganda....I mean marketing is working. (Turning up cathode ray mind control device dial) Seriously, the natural beauty is a big part but hate to say it, the lack of over crowding, being a little further northeast keeps it from being stampeded, trampled and everything getting complicated, crime riddled like city living.

Andy -  The way you describe Maine would make anyone want to explore the possibility of moving or buying a vacation home there.

Andrew  There is no question I love the variety of lifestyles available in Maine.  I'm just at an age that doesn't think winter is "cool"

John ... You have fallen under her spell, Maine is drop dead gorgeous, convincing. Gets into your system.

Karen ... This winter we have not gotten snow, it has been unseasonably warm and we are all doing snow dances.
