You Want Both Quality Real Estate Video AND Sound But.....

So so, thrown together real estate video can be explained, reinforced by the good sounding natural audio.

But no matter how good the video, if the sound or audio of the real estate production is poor or cuts in and out, you have serious problems.

audio sound board

Wind blowing across the camera or axillary microphone is one distraction.

The chainsaw or lawnmower going full throttle next door or barking dog is another show stopper.

The home owners laughing, moving chairs in the kitchen that causes thumps and bumps both don't help the buyer's concentration.

Or the polish on the overall real estate video production either.

What about the audio music tract when you have some dramatic show piece going full tilt. On the house or local community event tour where the tune is way way better suited for Star Wars or the Ben Hur's chariot scene.

A series of stumbling, bumbling and stammering unprepared agent or broker episodes in the dialogue derails, hurts the real estate video process too.

So does a funeral home, elevator rendition of a Jimi Hendrix or Rolling Stone tune for that show and tell of a mild mannered 5-3-1 ranch home.

The sound on your video is so important, 40% of the real estate property listing production.

On your local community video too.

Still dragging your heels on making real estate video?

Take a deep breath, fire up the red blinking light.

Good morning Andy,

What type audio equipment do you use on your videos?  Is it built in, or attached?

S and D ... The buyer experience... was it good for them? Every single time.

Cindy ... Audio as much as possible from the property setting, local event. That way the sound is with the video loop. It is natural. Not scripted or canned and re-inserted. Have an RE 20 electrovoice mic which is a work horse, bullet proof and for studio work. Lavaliere mics when the wind is not our friend and time is ticking by to shoot, edit, render, upload.
