Property Listing Price Too High On The Real Estate? | No, The Marketing Volume Is Too Low.

Often on the coat tails of one real estate professional picking up his or her property listing sign, the next agent or broker realizes why the home did not sell.

It was not just a case of shaking your head, telling the seller to just come on, keep dropping the property listing price. More, more, that's it.

Another 20% and we're going to have a baby... er I mean real estate closing.

Real estate does not sell for two major reasons.

And the real estate sellers, property listing owners have some pretty pie in the sky, highly creative ways for pricing the sticks and bricks.

But often it is not just the price on the property listings needing a fully fueled, chain saw teeth bar sharpened  Husqvarna cranked up and to rip and tear saw through the nose bleed pricing.

The figure the last agent, broker on the now expired, unsold property listing asked the owner the dangerous question "what do you want the price to be, what do you think the place is worth?"

Whoa. Double whoa.

Property that is priced realistically and full throttle marketed with far reaching excitement, passion is a beautiful thing. If the message, handling and marketing offers complete information, nothing left out it works. Gets traction, results, causes real estate closings to happen quickly. Over and over.

We have tone, a target, a real estate hit.

If frequency of the marketing using the media streams available now that are only limited by your imagination. And coupled with a strong, hard, consistent work ethic are weeded, feeded daily in to your marketing message. The machine that never turns off. That red lines with higher RPM horsepower than anything else like it in your market.

Two Reasons Real Estate Listings, Properties Don't Sell Video.

All out real estate marketing sizzle, spark, music gets noticed. Takes times, is hard work. But gets the job done. If nothing neglected and with a game plan specially designed for each and every unique property listing in the real estate office inventory. That sells maine real estate office logoproperties, listings.

Period.

Lots of them. For more market share than others in your area wish you were pulling down. Day in, week out, year after year.

Real estate listing and selling, marketing. It's a sport.

Peddle harder, swim faster, move your legs, punch with both arms. Use your head.

Reinvent, be a can't wait to get to the real estate office to get to work little red hen.

The listing for the property deserves that attitude, kind of treatment. So do the real estate buyer and seller in your local market. Serve all. Love all as the Hard Rock reminds.

Andy, very effective video and I like the analogy of winking at a girl in the dark. Price and marketing are the two most important factors.

E and C ... Pricing, marketing equals real estate sales happens like lightning hitting. The same place over and over.

Cal ... Flirting in the dark from across the room with winks is about as effective as smoke signal real estate marking on a very windy day.

In my market, those that are mastering the marketing piece are among the top producers. Those results speak for themselves.

Ken... Delivery of the information, quick, fun, complete and any way the buyer wants it. More than one media used and all together making one positive explosion behind the eyes, between the ears. Over and over.
