Andrew:

Maine has always had a great attraction and historic quality.

Nice video and presentation.

Andy I really like your take on presentation.  Sounds like this great home is in the perfect location being so near to parks and walking along the water.

Hi Andrew, "Location, location, location"... This home is a great "in town" home with a far-away feel.  Great video showing the charm and character of the home!

Andrew, as always the best presenter in the market. With the way you did the video, do you add some of the audio later. It sounded like you were actually talking on the video when you were in the kitchen porch or screened in porch which gets lots of sun.

Linda ... Smack dab close to everything and walking beats gas pumping, filling up the mini van.

Cal ... Thanks for the kudos. Don't as a rule add audio or do over dubs. For a bunch of reasons. The sound at the property is one more puzzle piece to make the "beam me down" complete. The sound of my voice in the kitchen, living room, outside... all those variables and acoustics make it 100% honest and real because they were not re-created, replaced sound bites. The other reason is these are not Hollywood productions with a big budget and work on them for weeks, months each. Like the listing images, copy, the video is one efficient delivery method but other fish to fry, more videos right behind it to make. Synchronizing the audio with the video would add adjustment, timing, reruns in the editing room. With sound on the loop, you know they are matched. The problem some have with video is the pan shot stops and wobbles like the camera operator left the building to go get coffee and donuts for the crew. And the agent, broker goes on and on. Forgetting the video image trains stopped back three sidings and is parked. Like drumming, both the video and audio "hands and feet" need to be moving, working in harmony.
