Lou ... So right. Maybe too many tools we don't use and need to get naked. Start over and one by one add the survival new higher efficiency real estate marketing tools to replace ones less and less effective. The approach, the crayons you use to show and tell the story, check your colors. Instead of just green, maybe easter basket straw green is a better choice? Just doing the job may be not good enough. Doing it better, above and beyond is the new norm in the search for excellence in real estate information "home delivery". The buyers wants selection, quickly, fully and to have fun from your creativity for a great on line experience. Every time. See Dick, See Jane, Where Puff and Spot is not going to hold their attention any more.

Said with all the candid, candor I can muster. We are a busy species we people that wear the "R". And awfully easy to have neglected all the media arenas were are operating in. Or have yet to set up transmitters for our marketing on those platforms.  Signals, need more than one Internet site in all the delivery flavors to capture more market share in a pie that is pretty darn segmented and getting more varied.

Ginny ... (Beep Beep Beep, big truck backing up sound, then air brakes released) Here is a pallet load, a skid of crayons to use. One person can fly the Starship Enterprise marketing vessel out of space dock and achieve, reach "color" light speed in their marketing. The tools have been here for a long time and bandwidth squeeze is not the excuse those who don't put the time in, dedicate to it continue to use.

Home buyers are seeking information on communities and will respond to those that offer the information in the most interesting presentations.

Roy .. So right. Take potatoes. Lots of ways to serve them, prepare them, eat and enjoy them. From potato salad with something grilled on the open fire to baked with all the fixins that the doctor shakes his head side to side and says no no no. Give, serve what the buyer wants, how he or she wants it served up. Hot, ready, come and get it.

If you are going to get a complete real estate listing, and you love where you live, and if you are not lazy, put your back and shoulder in to the heave ho to go over the top with the marketing. Your buyer, seller deserve it and you get a sense of pleasure from above and beyond. Real estate is a sport. kick, athletic event. Stay in shape, study new ways, command new learning curves to get the job done better.
