The ME Real Estate Video Film Crew, Picked Them Up Donuts, Coffee At Sadie's Bakery.

About $2.62 invested in getting the ME real estate video "crew" coffee, bag of fresh chocolate sugared donuts from Sadie's Bakery.

video film clapper On the way to shoot a video from a ME real estate listing on Hunter Pond. No, not Golden Pond.

In a Hollywood forty million dollar block buster that is spine tingling exciting. Something edge of your seat cliff hanging. Action packed or dripping in drama productions mean the film crew costs are a whisker higher.

Coffee and donuts for a break would be considerable more, a deeper reach in the pocket.

Opening up the wallet way way wider for a larger crew than I use.

The camera grip, operators and machinery for setting up sky cranes for those dramatic shots. The guy in the artist audio union holding the boom high out of the frame directional mic with the muff wind protector. Studying sound levels, working around the weather.

The crew of editors after the shots are in the can and ready to splice together need a paycheck too. Overhead can be staggering in making a film, video that someone would actually pay to watch. Want or need to sit for a long time with a box of pop corn, a large soda and four Reese's peanut butter / chocolate cup theater size treats in their lap.

SSssshh. Whispering is talking. Dialogue... trying to piece it together over here with the sound 40% of what's showing on the big silver screen. When you list lots of properties, keeping it simple is key in real estate video.

Hit and run, "you're in, you're out" easy means streamlining the real estate video process.

Thinking about the video approach as you tour the property making room dimension notes, scribbling down what's going to stay for personal property. Talking about possession dates and could the owner finance the land listing to turn it in tdolly video real estateo a nice little annuity.

No bickering about which shot to take the open deck and waterfront scene from.

Or which clips, loops make the final cut in the video production software suite exercise.

None of that happens when the real estate film crew is one person, army of one.

The real estate agent, broker, REALTOR that knows the property backwards and forwards after spending an hour and half touring it.

He or she is the logical cat for shooting, editing, rendering and uploading the real estate video.

Gathering all the pieces to use in the real estate marketing is already in his marketing lap anyway right?

With one person, no blame on why it did not work, or is a flop either. All on one person wearing the blue and gold "R"'s shoulders when it comes right down to it. The intro, outro, approach that is consistent with property listing videos is key. The mix up of lots of the area local community event videos is so important for variety.

To peddle, showcase the local flavor of each and every unique zip code you serve. For the 50% of folks that video dolly for real estate productionsdon't live within 50 miles of where they grew up.

That need to be enlightened the easy way on your local area.

To not leave out any of the properties in it.

Video does so completely, easily, deeply for a more memorable user experience.

And sometimes improvising, making a piece of equipment to use in the real estate video production. Hammering out what is needed to be tinkered with, to help the connection with the buyer on the other end of the smoke signal, tin can and string.

Like this aluminum home made bullet proof sturdy mini real estate dolly.

To dolly, slide shoot the gleaming granite counter top. And to create an arc with the slotted wheels to make the shot interesting. It's all about a million little things that can make the final real estate video go down easier. To swallow something, absorb through sight and sound what the property, the local area it is in is all about. That's the mission. The cost of mine productions means a crew mooers realty real estate videoscost of about $2.62 per video from Sadie's Bakery in movie below.

Andrew - you really put an effort into producing high quality videos and it shows. I think donuts motivate just about anyone - I know they motivate me! Love the car-gadget for your video - now that's creative. Pardon my lack of tech words - I use gadget and whatchamacallit a lot, lol. Unlike you, I don't have as fine tuned of a command over the English language - you're a wonderful writer and videographer!

Kristine ... I remember getting off the bus in the country at say seven years old, walking up the long driveway and entering the farm house I grew up in with my three older brothers. And as the door from the porch to the kitchen opened, the smell of fresh dough nuts hitting all of the four boys. Mom glad to see us, giving us a hug and we watching her fish out three fresh, hot dough nuts that were swimming in the grease. I know it might not sound healthy but boy they were good. And we had chores to work it off. Not in front of a TV until supper time when you live on a farm.

Andrew I am suggesting - this is one exceptional video tutorial - those two videos are "genuine" stories that make your videos interesting

Thanks Debb! We grow, learn together. I just thought about looking at a real estate listing as a story to tell. A book on a shelf and whoa. Words alone are not going to cut it even though the imigination is pretty fertile. Eye candy, maps, graphics, boatloads of information and helpful links and the cherry on top. Video to bring it all together. Round it out, fill in the missing pieces and add some perfume. Salt and pepper. Movie for the Hunter Pond humble but none the less waterfront Maine listing that was mentioned above. Acre lot, owned land $30's!
