Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Using Real Estate Chicklets For Your RSS Feeds, Websites, Blogs, Video Media Streams.

Chicklets, not the color coated gum Chiclet kind that excited you as a kid but the ones you use in real estate, wearing your big boy or girl pants.

Real estate listing, marketing, selling is not child's play.

And some call it a jealous master, a condition, affliction.

Even a few label it a disease.

But no way of getting around it.

Today's real estate agent, broker, REALTOR needs to be using, carry a box of chicklets to deliver the information.

The signature of your blog posts, you have a row, series of chicklets  arranged to look pretty.

But not just for eye candy, that hyperlink to other "buffets" of information from your other platforms right?

They are not just for show.

Unless there are no other media streams, and you think one site on the Internet is plenty.

More on creating browser friendly real estate feed chicklets.

Today it's like introducing more than one marble on the roulette wheel of real estate marketing to increase your chances. Or betting on ALL the horses in the starting gate. To guarantee a win, place, show trifecta in the real estate house horse race. Every time.

Google me, come on, I dare you. google chicklet logo iconWhen you think of others, rely on people to list, sell their real estate with you, you extend a hand. Provide service to help folks. Whether aiding a seller with a property listing. Or on the other side of the equation to buy some Maine real estate.

Like simple images for road sign directions along the information highway, do you "post" the reflectorized, aluminum markers on your Internet work? The Internet that last look is a big, time consuming place. Sorting through all the electrons as you mouse around it can make a real estate buyer, seller frustrated. Don't add to the confusion.

So when you direct them in to your other blog post portal, your video platform or one of many real estate websites, you increase the time together. Engagement, connection, a spark. For what better be a helpful, time saving experience for the real estate buyer or seller. How many social media platforms do you weed and feed? Picking the colorful handful of starting players on the real estate dug out bench. To hustle in and off the field. Being in the line up means more than an "eenie meenie miney moe" method of selecting your best producers.

Size is everything and real estate chicklets are no exception.

If you are only going to have twitter, linkedin, facebook feed for OMRE blog poststhen plenty of room in the real estate delivery on line mini van. But if you plan to have more members in the marketing orchestra to make sing the song of what you sell, peddle, then smaller, more efficient "seating" is needed. I prefer to use the favicon size and parked in a one line "slug" pattern.

If you are not using chicklets in your real estate marketing, look around.

There are a slew of creative ones to pick from. Or make your own for a unique, creative way to harness your other media streams.

Creating them and not having them used is not much fun so display them on all your work. So if the reader, viewer, listener likes this post, they go on for other work you have hunt and pecked on line for that purpose. Maine, big state, friendly people, jaw opening, drop dead gorgeous natural beauty.

It Hurts, "Bites" When Your Blog Posts, Website, Video Platform Is Missing Chicklets To Your Other Media Streams.

Roy.... Thanks for the arrangement. Can always count on you! Look forward to your FTD video logo

B Squared ... Create the sites, wire them together. It's like the armed forces. Not just relying on the Army or the Navy, National or Coast Guard, Air Force to go it alone. Work together, harness them with real estate chicklets, set to detonate, explode in a good way.

Video is my favorite show and tell but like jealous real estate marketing siblings of over achievers, I have to keep score. Balance and make sure all have a role to support each other for the ultimate real estate buyer, seller experience. Is it good for them asked afterward... blow their socks off. Hoo-RAHHH Shock and awe in a "this is the way it is where I live, with what I list, market, sell" sort of way complete experience.

Good morning Andy and Happy New Years! This is a bookmarked page for me now.  I will make this one of my articles to refer back to while working on my web pages and my AR blog.  This is one of my items on my business plan, and your post is most helpful.

Cal ... You look good blogging in red.

Christine ... You, I still are, still can.. except make it the real estate chicklet kind.

Dagny ... Don't tease them with one post, be a full service, help them all around agent, broker., REALTOR. Connect the "spots" you create on line.

Cindy ... It makes sense to corral all the work you do so it does not disapear or go unhitched There is strength in numbers. That's why you, I, others hungry for knowledge graze here, drink from the foundatin f AR information. Under one real estate big top.
