I use video as well to reach out and "touch" my clients and leads.

I do a video every week called my "Pick of the Week." I select someone's listing that I think is a really good buy and I talk about it on camera with a link to the property listing.

I have a video website ( that has videos about the market.

I use videos on my regular website ( All of the above are very effective at getting clients to connect.
