Good luck and success.

Very cool home! That would certainly hold a great looking Christmas tree!

Hi Andy, When we lived in Sedgwick, my husband cut the top of a big big tree and brought it in....it was one of those "big boy" trees...you should have seen the faces of my son and his friend when my husband came in the house after Christmas to remove the tree, with Chain Saw in hand...had to cut it up to get it out!  Enjoy that big beautiful State of Maine in which you live.

Lou .... Just happen to own a 300 acre farm and parts of it have pine and fir tree plantations...take your pick. I'll get the legal paperwork rolling to get you a seat, a tall cushy black leather one at the real estate closing!

Carla... Designed by an architect who lived there first before it became a library for Ricker Classical Institute.

Rene ... This height with balacony is probably closer to 16 feet or better. But the little angel you use to keep beaming like a Maine lighthouse on the top needs space to do her magic without hitting her halo.

Quite a property for the money.  Very interesting.  Thanks for sharing your video.

Enjoy the holidays and be sure to have your camera in hand to capture those special moments.

I can not get over the bang for the buck you get in the Houlton area! I love this house on Military. Folks could buy this place and live on social security...not something one can do here. I may be Houlton bound in a few years. I want a snow sled with a very big engine.

Roy ... camera safety off, loaded to capture around any corner. You know.

Steve ... Have a sled for you ... you'll need the full coverage helmet, the Batman leather suit to complete the experience.

Ginny ... That is one big tree! Extra points from Santa.
