Debb ... It won't work if you don't use it. And the biggest critics of video are not using it. Anyone with lots of property and area videos on line and working their hearts out know they are one easy way to be more memorable to your real estate buyer who prefers video. If you use them you will stand out because less than 5% do. It is not something you can just throw money at and say there. It takes commitment and coordination with your other marketing. Think orchestra. Video is the lead guitar, piano, drums all in one.
