I find real estate to e so much more rewarding now than in the old days. We truly can be an "army of one" with global reach from the front seat of the Jeep.

You are right Steve. Duplication of Joe and Jane broker with time saving software, site auto feeds to propagate the signal, message. I think of lots of high powered Voice of America type transmitters at our disposal. We have to create the message worth watching, listening too in a busy world where buyers, sellers are in a rush, blur, drive thru hurry.
