Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Today's Real Estate Is Brought To You By The Word Local ... Yesterday And Tomorrow Same Thing.

The Maine real estate I list, market, sell needs an attorney or two, a local bank or financial institution in many home sale cases.

youtube videos So when we get to the tail end of a real estate marketing trail on a property listing, it's time for the purchase and sale agreement to head to a legal beagle. And if a bank, financial institution is involved, to get a local Maine bank in to the lending picture. Both local, because they are close, create jobs here and offer all the services any Maine real estate buyer needs. Right here in my home town.

If local services or banking products, or legal advice were not available in our zip code, then the search to provide for the buyer and sellers of Maine real estate would be needed, sought. But not the case. Six local banking solutions, options in Houlton Maine. And last count, twelve Southern Aroostook attorneys means we have plenty of local Maine banking and legal representation. As Larry the Cable guy would smile and grunt to "git 'er dun".

Maine, we keep it simple, we keep the money local where jobs are created and the folks we deal with are our neighbors. Way way better service that way then out sourcing for the same duplicate or lower level output from an "loan arranger" wearingh a mask down country. Or a title company that is hours away and not paying any property taxes, salaries in our home town. Why would you do it any other way? Here are the local half dozen banks, Maine financial institutionswe have dealt with for over 31 years.

Had a recent closing where I asked the local Maine banker why are you trying to outsource the legal work when we have a dozen local Maine attorneys, lawyers right here in our town? That have and can do the job so much quicker and locally? And have also asked a part time Maine real estate agent why do you tell a buyer to call someone four hours away?  Take them by the hand in to the lobby of a local Maine bank and introduce them to the local works and pays taxes here loan officer.

Maine is live and local and I have found the Maine bankers, lawyers in my home town serve northern Washington, Penobscot, and Aroostok Counties so well. They are a big part of the local economy and a win win situation for the Maine real estate buyer, seller, agent or broker too. The Maine banker on that deal is linkedin chicklet logoa local little league coach, the attorney or title company agent on that real estate transaction is President of the local chamber of commerce or Rotary club. See what I mean and why local in Maine is the only way to roll for a slew of reasons?

You are so right.  If everyone supports the local economy everyone will win.  It will all come back.

Love that Maine keeps it local Andrew and by the way, Maine is one of the most beautiful states in the country. It has a little of everything but especially charm, nature and a specular shoreline! I think my husband and I are coming up there this summer - I'm really looking forward to it!

Debbie ... there won't be local if we don't. I get super service when I am on a little league bleacher and can quickly ask between innings, where are we with the Green loan? What are we waiting for or can you make sure the appraisal gets done this week because a major clock is ticking loudly. Or at a Rotary lunch meeting, have two attorneys at the table and ask one are we set for Friday's closing and the other, here are the oil and gas prorations you need for the HUD-1. Weeks don't fly by and I don't have real estate buyers and sellers hollering where are we in this deal and why isn't it closing? I get great service from local providers who work, live, contribute taxes, time, talents to the place I live, where the real estate is.

Kristine ... you want to sample a lobster, steamed clams, blue berry pie and some jazzed up Maine potatoes. The food, the people, the scenery is super. Hope you make it up!
