(Static Sound As Microphone Keyed) One Xray Tango Seven, See The Maine Waterfront Real Estate Buyer, Over.

"Approach Maine real estate waterfront buyer with care, caution as he has been on the road a long time, searching for a spot on the water way way too long now, over."

welcome to maine logo It seems the desire for something next to a lake, river in Maine started years ago because of renting places on the water on vacations. But the kids grew and other demands like college tuition, braces, groceries and house payments kept the dream just that. A desire not able to be put in to motion, acted on. Until now. Waterfront real estate in Maine is cheaper, with more selection, less people, cleaner resources without the crowding.

Better late than never applies. And yes, had you bought a place somehow years ago on the Maine waterfront, the real estate would have been cheaper. But get in the game now, start enjoying a property all four seasons. If the time is right in your life to own a second home on the waterfront in Maine, check out these property suggestions pulled from the real estate chocolate box.

Just a few now, but lots more to tell you about in the Maine waterfront real estate department.

Good morning Andy,

My favorite is the one on Grand Lake. Could be the snow talking to me.  Beautiful country.

Cindy... I hear you. Peaceful, nice and warm inside with a woodstove, light snow and you just saw a white tail deer bound by or a snowshoe hare. Maine waterfront does not just mean when the gas grill is set up and the steaks are sizzles, kids swimming and tubing! Hey, do you or Barb blog any, much on REALTOWN?
