Maine Real Estate For Sale !

The Maine Real Estate Office Phone Cord Stretches, Reachs All Points On The Blue And Green Marble Now.

You can run, you can not hide from your real estate daily excercises because folks wearing the "R" are connected everywhere they go, find themselves.

maine moose cat You can mix work with pleasure because we're connected, available all the time.

Zipped ski, poles long black luggage bag just went on the conveyor belt. Now sitting in the Potland Maine Jetport this morning. Online with free internet access unlike most airports and have answered eight emails, responded to three Active Rain comments. Waiting for a silver bird to flap like heck to head to Denver Colorado. But working while traveling to not miss a beat.

Oldest son Alex is already out in Denver, flew earlier from his break at GW in Washington DC. His youngest brother Elliot gets done his Colorado College semester block in a few hours and has jeep in Colorado Spring. One named Sally, a red one that will pick me up around 5pm tonight. All skiing around Copper, Vail, A Basin, Breckenridge but not cut off from the world.

No iron curtain for communications.

Droid cell phones that can surf, make calls, get emails and texts if necessary. Laptop for directions, maps, places to eat and reviews.

In the airport, sitting next to folks from Castine, who have real estate that is going to need to be sold. A parcel with 1000 feet on the Atlantic Ocean, estate sale. So if someone things you only can list and sell real estate in the office, tethered by a rotary phone, cut the cord of that outdated logic. Your real estate office is at an airport where you talk shop, let them know about the pros and cons of owner financing, how to subdivide Maine waterfront and what protective covenants are.

Because they live next door to the 3 carat diamond listing that is worth way way more in pieces if skillfully cleaved.

Worked through the subdivision process. But a few other brothers and sisters to get on board, answer questions and sell on the idea. They could see our marketing of Maine eal estate with videos streaming on the laptop, a connection made and not in the typical office setting because you go where they are, frequent. Not wait for them to have to stumble in to the office when they don't know you from Adam.

maine boat kid sleepingYour real estate office is on the packed bleachers of a little league playoff game. Where we're in extra innings but a question comes up about how to evict a dead beat tenant. The cost of eviction, how to avoid it, how the landlord tenant laws in Maine works.

Or your real estate office is in the sporting goods section of Walmart. Where you zipped in for a bag of cat food, coffee filters or extra SD digital memory card, you meet the Green's, your buyers for a lake home bought last year.

Folks you had lost on keep in touch radar because they travel. A lot. But you have them cornered, re-connect mode starts. How are things and stuff update back and forth.  That's how you get a call, letter, email when the time comes for them, or someone they know needs Maine real estate services. Because you are in their minds, hopefully thinking real estate. See you as the red, white and blue brand and font style, size on the sign I spear in lawns. Nail on trees, buildings in the hinterland of Maine, where real estate is so low cost, big sized, wide open safe and friendly.

Maine, big state, a place where you will never need a second opinion. Where your heart and head finally agree this is the place. Set up the tent here in Maine.
