Using One Real Estate Stone To Attract Three Types Of Property Listing Buyers.

Being efficient and win win win real estate situations are so much more satisfying.

These days over a maine christmas treesholiday when folks are away from home but wandering on line, being able to find information on a new area, the property in it is so easy.

Brokers, agents can stalk the cyber shelves with media tools to deliver the knowledge on topics real estate buyers want.

Your blog posts should be directed to your target audience. Not just thrown up and hoping something gets hit with in the rock throwing.

Your videos can be watched at home, on the road, at an airport, on a lap top or droid phone. The blog posts about your area get followed, scanned, digested until the buyer zeros in on your area properties. Helpful links, interesting photos, easy to watch videos.

So one stone can hit three types of real estate buyers. Remember how McDonald's only served hamburgers, cheeseburgers, fries, shakes? It's not that way any more.More choices, varied ways to deliver more information from different approaches to match your buyer for area information, properties listings.

Check your rock arsenal, your on line stones that you use to deliver, to hit the target.

Maine, no place like it. Watch our videos.

I wonder how many bloggers take the time to determine who their target audience actually is.  And the same folks need to use Google Adwords to determine the most effective keywords that they should utilize.

This is very true.  I think that we should also consider who the blog post was written to when we comment on a post..

Oh, this is so true.  Something so simple and yet we often forget.  Who is the target audience.  What do they need?  What is their mind set.  What advice do they need?

Its like Christmas tree decorating. Do you stand on the other side of the room and heave handfuls of tinsel toward the tree you dragged to impress Santa and the kids? Have a plan, work the plan...you have to have a system so every stone thrown has a purpose so you don't just tread water on line. Have a goal, lots of them and make the rock throwing David with the slingshot precise like.

Absolutely correct.  If your rock bag doesn't have skipping stones, rocks to slay a giant, shiny pebbles, and even a pet rock you're not fully armed.  Know your audience, target that crowd, then convert/sell, and repeat.

Different size stones for varied applications. If an agent, broker, REALTOR sends everything and the kitchen sink for the buyer to sort out, they won't. You are the last guy or gal they will turn to because you did not select the right rock to launch. Think of a buyers time as more precious than yours. Not the other way around.
