Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Saturday Morning Real Estate Day Usually In Office In Morning, Tramping Field Afternoons.

Saturday real estate days are different than the regular week activities.

Secretary home watching cartoons, houlton me gold ball basketball winners the morning usually spent catching up and planning next week's out of the gate Monday morning real estate charge.

Today, multi stop day planned with this blog post electroned to Active Rain first.

Before emails caught up, jeep fired up to head on a southern swing of the real estate territory I hold down in Aroostook, Northern Washington County today.

BPO in Linneus Maine.

List a hunting camp in T3R3 in the Haynesville Woods after that on the way to walk a 6 acre property in Weston, the Grand Lake region.

Another BPO in Danforth Maine.

Then list a home in same town at noon.

At 2:30 list another log vacation place on Hot Brook Lake.

And field calls from the office number forwarded to my cell along the way. Sale pending and SOLD real estate riders added to signs along the way on a list I check off to stay on task. Make all the stops as we pass by the route planned for the real estate mission today. Meet two buyers to show lake places in the region I will be set up camp in with set times to allow everything getting done on time, schedule.

Lots of images, video shot, details jotted down on new listings to get on line when returning from the big arch, circle down and back to the office. A folder with the events, tasks set up, outlined to go through like James Bond except not so dangerous. Although is first day of deer season so wearing orange if tramping in the woods is needed.

On way back, thirty five miles out of the office in my head finish the Joomla site that is almost ready to go live.

So figure out the template needed for waterfront listings so gears shifted to bring along that back burner project.

I love my Maine real estate job, it keeps my mind wheels turning, the marbles from getting rusted. Never a dull moment.

Productive, bang bang bang tightly scripted days are the ones at the end you smile and know, darn, that was one got a lot done day. Saving time, making it count is multi tasking. How like the UPS guy in the brown truck wastes no steps, and makes the ones he or she does take count. What is your Saturday shaping up to be? Maine, big, beautiful, wide open frendly. Not stuck or pinned to the wall by an office desk when you live in Maine.
