Maine Real Estate For Sale !

See Dick, See Jane...Now Where Is Puff, That Dog Spot Anyway?

The weary on line real estate buyer seven states away at 10 pm their time logs on to scope out anything new for Maine properties that may have just entered on the listing information on ramp.

dick and jane book Time spent pawing over this listing, that listing. The buyer has done this dog and pony exercise.. a lot and wonders why that broker does not change the image with snow still posted in it since July is just about over. Not a home she really gets excited about but might with a whole new set of images, more photos than four or five. And if there was just a video to zip her thru. So she could leave her out of state house without actually vacating her home. The place where she sits in a dark room, in a bathrobe eating Ben and Jerry's ice cream, with an eerie glow cast over her face from the computer monitor she studies, portal she peers in to.

Property for sale starts with a blank canvas. You the agent, broker, REALTOR have been to the place, studied it, and get to know it better and better as you write, show, prepare the ads for it. Buyers for the place that tour it in person or on line comment about this and this and this feature. They help expand on your knowledge, the important stuff that rings bells, shuts doors interest wise. So returning to the listing after the original See Dick, See Jane, See New Maine Property Listing mls intial insertion is critical. It's like reading a book, again. Seeing the movie for the eighth time like Top Gun where you can recite the lines word for word. "You had me at split level, extra bath, fireplace" kinda logic. Trigger trip.

Or can see Kevin at the grocery check out alone, with a large bottle of laundry detergent, winter mittens dangling from internal strings of yawn saying "Are these TV dinners really any good? Think I'll give them a whirl".

So the intial framing of the ME real estate advertising, marketing structure, the components you add to like expansion of the original home to enhance, expand on living space is key. Good solid See Dick See Jane easy to swallow, quick to digest construction techniques help broadcast the property. And accurate, complete transmissions with nothing held back. Swinging with both hands, full throttle excitement about the property sparks, sizzle, flavor needs to be smoke signalled over so the rest of the globe around it can see a mirror image. Maine, she'll melt your heart, get in to your system big time and never let go. Grab, own, enjoy a piece.

Wow! that's a pretty amazing post.

Stephen...shock and awe. Rock and roll. Stay thirsty my friend. As an agent, broker like an athelete who adds to the delivery, REALTORS need to put more information in the variety of ways available in the property delivery tool box. Often a place does not sell because the marketing was missing, skimpy and stayed at the entry level see Dick, see Jane level. That is not passion, excitement, selling the sizzle rather than the steak approach. Crank it up to whole new levels. Buyer can tell you who does in your market if it is not you. Video is the best way and you can hear the eyeball scans on the other end whirling...give them something that causes thousands and thousands of impressions quickly. All they do is push the button, flip the switch, hit the toggle.

You have to look at the blank canvas from the perspective of the home buyer. Great insight.
