So why would a ME real estate buyer want to be jammed in town on a postage stamp lot when over 6 acres wraps around this Linneus Maine home listing?

No one would after seeing the large rolling lawn surrounding this Southern Aroostook County family home.

The curtain of trees on all four sides that makes this home an easy candidate for "missed driveway" even though you are the owner and would think you could find it without GPS. Hidden, tucked away, off the beaten path. Are these descriptive, spelling it out like it is terms hitting an inner chord, calling you to watch the Maine home video to see if something you were not sure existed really does? Image splash.

We have lots of face cards to play and our low low cost real estate, 4th lowest crime state surroundings in drop dead gorgeous Maine give us an unfair advantage over high cost urban areas.

What a beautiful property!  Thinking about your question:  maybe they were thinking like Maine lobsters - all crammed together in a pot!

Lobsters....start out green, end up red. They have lots of room off the coast of Maine for 99 percent of their lives.
