Andrew, this is a very professional presentation of the home for sale. Being a native California girl … not too familiar with Maine … is that some type of flooring material on the ceiling?

Wainscoting, hard yellow, southern pine wainscoting...older homes in Maine had it all all the kitchen walls, porch ceilings. Neat twist to put it in side huh?

This is a wonderful detailed listing presentation. Good luck with the sale.

Has anyone ever pointed out that you look like Bob Erhlich, the ex Governor and now running for the seat again in the State of Maryland?

Never heard that one Ellie. There is an AR look alike for Tom Brokaw, The First Lady and Jack Nickleson. But have not heard that comparasion. Hopefully Bob is a good straight egg, keeps his nose clean, real family man. I'll take that as a compliment if he is. Funniest home videos guy..I don't watch the show comes up a lot for some reason. I don't see the resemblance. Busy peddling property, and my brand takes the back seat to property marketing, community splash!

That is a great looking property, and looks to be so well kept. Looked all over Boston Harbor for you yesterday, and looking at this post time stamp, I now know why. Good Luck with the listing.
