Maine Real Estate For Sale !

See Dick, See Jane .... Carve Out Your Unique Way To Promote Real Estate, Local Area, Brand.

On the back of the cereal box, Captain REALTOR says you need to do do this, this and this to completely understand the "Chicken Soup of the Real Estate" profession to make it big.

maine black bear To hit a home run, go over the top. The problem with the cardboard box logic is everyone else is Texas two stepping the same way. Mechanical, robotic jerky, see Dick, Jane, Puff and Spot. Following the same metronome. This sameness, look alike property buffet spread is not ringing bells, hitting the bulls eye any more.

But wait a minute. Every market is different, every agent, broker, REALTOR has a different "roar". Marketing skills he or she excels at. Areas there is weakness, an opening in the perimeter at the real estate beehive needing tightening up, attention. And the days of a black and white poloroid, local newspaper ad and a real estate sign speared in the front lawn are not enough. Painfully, woefully weak and anemic.

So read, watch, glean, share and emulate other brokers in other real estate markets but develop your own voice. Your own style in writing, imagery, video and have a personality. How you do what you do. Like a craftsman carpenter, mason, plumber, mechanic, mortician or pastor, you are unique. One of a kind. News flash. This just in. Broker A takes a completely different approach to listing, marketing, selling than broker, agent B, C, D and so on. Blandness, sameness happens in life when you don't put in the effort talking maine bearneeded. When you don't appreciate the various options that all of us have to do the job, task, chore in different ways. With different tools, approaches.

A real estate ad, the promotion of your area is not "assembled" the same way if it is to stand out, be memorable among the sea of other market insertions crowding, hogging the air waves, byways. A whole entirely different approach does not mean radical, weird, awkward. It usually calls for the extra effort put in to any sport, athletic event.

Pride to excel, be the best, make the deepest impression in your ME real estate maketing.

And all designed to deliver without wasting the surfer, real estate buyer's time. Not an easy slam dunk. Your sights set higher, more time and thought put in each different approach you implement, put in to operation. So when you scan, look over the real estate "gems", individual cells, packages you put on line, is there a standard you follow above the rest of the properties promoted in your area, state, across the nation? Or like a high schooler that says everyone else is doing it this way and that's good enough for me. Maine, simple living with a four seasons backdrop.

It takes time to build a brand in your local real estate market. However, it is well worth it.

Ever been in a home, see the plumbing, wiring, and just instinctive know who did that wiring? Or read a blog post that was "repackaged" or wrapped around and thought this is how I would write it...and it is you? Is the blogging you do mechanical and interchangeable or different, refreshing and fun to do with the passion showing? Why not?

Right on Andrew. If we work hard enough at learning how to write and market, our inner self will come out and be recognized.

Hi, Andy. It's interesting how two people can take the same raw material and do such different things with it.

Same way with surgery, diamond cutting, painting on a clean show white canvas. Style, personality make the presentation different..just like the way artists sink a song...the pace, the instruments used and their individual talent make it like preparing food. Giving the guy or gal on the other end of the smoke signal something to chew on, digest, consider. How you do it is a big deal to the seller, the buyer of the property. Flirtingk, getting their attention and underneath it all, don't waste their time. Make it look like you put some time in to the presentation rather than just thrown together hurried or the same ole same ole way you slap the others together, sling them on line.
