Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Gimme A Beat...Just The Drum Beat To Lay It All Down.

Opening up a signal, establishing a real estate channel, broadcasting a voice, image, concept to carry your message far and wide.

drum playing photo That is what every ME real estate professional or anyone marketing a product, service, selling themselves starts with.

Give me a steady a drum solo. Like your own lub dub heart beat.

And then slowly bring in other "instruments" like imagery, video, concise copy to start the conversation and hope the guy or gal on the other end of the wire, the wireless signal responds to make it two way music. The buyer who knows nothing about your area, who is from many states, countries away wants to hear the music.

Turn it up and give him community events...producing the local event pieces one by one until he or she is ready to considering buying property, real estate in your area. You establish what is so great about where you live and why should the surfer consider investing savings, time in his life where you live, work and play? It starts with the beat, a ME real estate agent, broker, REALTOR. Are you that local guy or gal beating the drum? Your frequency of blogging, your style, your content and consistent efforts establish a memorable tune between the ears of your on line real estate buyer. It impresses ME real estate sellers.

So, how many instruments, tools are you using to make the music, start the experience, provide the service? It all starts with a simple beat. Maybe time to strip it all away, what you do now and start again with just the beat...then adding new ways to market.

Maybe your real estate marketing has gotten kinda like the Christmas tree with handfuls of tinsel just thrown on, gobbed on that tree.

It started out fine but over the years you just threw on more junk and in the beginning did not plan for the direction the decorating took on with a life of its own in your helter skelter 200 mile per hour real estate day. Turn it all off, except for the beat, the drums. So easy a three year old could do it right?

Marketing today means reaching further, frequently and hitting niche, special segments of the overall market too. Not just one big bass drum hammering away but cymbals, snare, unique beats to get the attention of the Maine real estate buyer hearing many thump thumps in the global village, the property jungle. Maine, beating the drum, getting it done. Beat on the drum, with all your heart and soul to be heard, to get noticed, to get the job done.

Little 3 year old adjusting his jean overalls and not missing a beat makes you realize you should love, have passion for what you do in you live you day to day, work your job, experience the ride. If you're happy and you know it...well, other campers around you are happy. If you are not, that explains all those ten foot pole marks covering your office, body, hummer. You are avoided like the plague. Remember the beat...develop a beat first and then everything else falls in to place. Maine Real Estate Posterous Site Link Collection

Thanks, Andrew -- I never would have seen those clips if you hadn't posted them. I like your message, too.

I liken real estate to a dance, but playing music together is a great analogy.  And those kids are amazing, especially the 3-year-old.

Andrew, I do like this one, and I enjoyed the kids' drumming!  If I were a parent, I might prefer that my child take up the flute!
