Maine Real Estate For Sale !

When You Work, Live Next To, Blog Shoulder To Shoulder With Fellow Real Estate Agents, Brokers, REALTORS On Active Rain.

The Active Rain real estate turnstyles...(cranking metro subway or amusement Disney entrance type sound in back ground) herding thru bloggers of all ages, motivation and creativity levels.

black and white cows tied up Some in a hurry and hitting the reblog default. Hit and runs with "thanks for sharing, give me the points, I'll be on my way" types. Others working in to the night to hammer out large scale productions loaded with links, insight.

Done way way beyond the call of duty. Some Klingon driven SEO rich buzz and hub bub but not much taste or other purpose than search engine bell ringing. Still more AR bloggers gifted with writing skills, photography picture painting, video productions and sheer love for the real estate industry, where they live, eat, breathe, rarely sleep without total immersion. Being major league cheerleaders for the area of the planet, the special communities they serve wherever on the planet.

Regardless of how long you've been on the Active Rain blog ride, carrying books and learning, studying, contributing here on the AR campus, the personality of all bloggers comes thru. You begin to know more than the article topic of the latest blog who this person is behind it. That person shines thru in how they put together the blog post. The comment trail they leave behind. You see the areas where each shine. Know if you were the coach of the AR All Stars and had to fill the blogging field for a well rounded roster, you would pick Richard Weisser for photography duties, for example. Why? Through out the years his images are top notch, labored over, water marked. You know his caliber of work. What he brings to the pot luck AR picnic.

Or Jim Crawford for market research, SEO tips, a little philosophy along the way of selling real estate, using the Active Rain platform, sharing other avenues that work you should know about. Or AR's Fred Light, video guru posting tips, concerns, suggestions. To crank start this part of your real estate marketing. And on and on thru the ranks.

But in addition to the technical side, you have a human dimension that shines thru. TLW is not afraid to call a spade a spade. To wade in with leather wrapped, small but none the less mighty hand raised in the air. Needing, wanting, going to make a comment or two before it's done. To tidy up in a bull in a china closet sort of way any misinformation. To make sure another side of the bug tustle free wheeling blog post is heard, to generate more spark from others tractor beamed to weigh in, add more fuel, thought, logic. The kind you buckle up for, look forward to. Having no idea how many dips, spills, twists or turns. May hurt. Done in wild fire on the open dry range fashion. Tended, guided, stoked, entertaining. Added flavor, sizzle making good points. Like opening a window in a stuffy room Using a cinder block, pipe bomb, etc to get to that refreshing air in a non-candy coated sort of way.

You have horse riding real estate brokers, like Leslie Helms.  Or Pat Kennedy keeping score, posting flowers, lists of the best weekly AR blogs posts. These AR people are not robots that just list, market, sell real estate. How they do it, the type of property they like to market shines thru. You learn about the person so if thrust in a social setting, you have history, recall. A real connection here thru reading, watching, comments on each other's work. Like the black and white cows in the stanchions swishing their tails, getting milked. You sense, feel where the other person is coming from. Get to know how they would react to this or that.

The voice of every AR blogger, even if today is their first post drop in to the collection plate is significant.

The place would not be the same regardless of the number of posts, the kind and style of writing. Signing off from the northern most outpost of Active Rain up here in the right hand corner of the nation, Maine.

Tom, it's all about getting the world out globally about your local community, the property in it, and you Joe Broker. We are broadcasters, locators of folks that need to sell, buy and learn about where we live 24/7 and peddle the property. Just got a new real estate decoder ring in the mail today...always looking for better ways to do the dog and pony, stay on the bull longer at the real estate rodeo.

As I see it Lou, you are the one top AR member to turn to for motivation, to put it all in perspective. Thanks for stopping in. Have another bacon wrapped Maine scallop before you go. (Hoisting tray up to Lou's rolled down window) Take two. Really.

Andy, you  had to know I would just love the cow picture, LOL. There are so many gifted writers here, it makes reading all these posts a pleasure. Learning about other areas, meeting some really fine folks, just a big added bonus for our hard work to get prospective clients. And the people you mentioned are always amazing bloggers.

Mooo 'ers are our favorite animal. Who does not like a black and white cow, with big brown eyes, a wet nose and that provides you with fresh, wholesome milk? The problem with this blog is you pick a handful but you can hurt feelings on those not picked. So we do this kind of blog post on a round robin basis with over 1600 of the puppies on the AR shelves alone. You are always positive, have a sense of humor and if someone was ask "hey, what about this Andrew Swiedler REALTOR...what's she like? Not what does she sell, what her area is like, seperate and tell me about the real estate broker. I would say warm, friendly, upbeat, humorous and easy to work with. That comes out without a broker having to say they are those things, etc. The brokers who beat the horse to death on how ethical, how much integrity they have over and over I have found are wasting "air time" and usually not so virtuous but no one has let them know yet. This blog space is for promotion of our property, area with a little brand oozing around as mortar for those blocks, chunks of info. And then in process of blogging little bits of who the cat, dude or dudette is come out, especially in the comment section.
