Maine Real Estate For Sale !

How To Be a Better Kisser, Dance Without Embarrassing Yourself, Talk To Your Cat.

Learning to ground pound in mixed marshal arts. Hobby farming, how to do it.

There are only 350 socialvideo icon, mooers realty media sites. And as a real estate broker spreading the message on the properties, the communities and my brand, we leverage them to ricochet, sling shot and amplify our signal, our spark generated here in Houlton Maine. One video platform to check out is Howcast.  One example of all the "How To's "in this site is this simple surviving hard financial times . We have one on FAQ questions in considering investing here, moving to Maine.

Everything is loaded and ready to roll on Howcast. Howcast, the best how to's on the internet parked in one place on one video platform. From how to talk to your cat, how to speed read, how to lighten or darked photos in Photoshop, etc. More and more folks are not reading the manual on a product or service but instead wanted to be shown.

And you don't have to be from Missouri to feel this way.

Tell me about the experience you had with this, this and this. What you learned along the way. The mistakes made, the triumphs and successes. All designed to save me time, the beginner at this or that. If you want a life coach on any topic, look around on the internet. There are slews of folks with their hands up, ready to share and become friends on any topic under the sun. You can embed the video codes from Youtube in using Howcast which saves upload hassles too. Bankers can describe the how to get an FHA, VA, RD loan, stagers could show how to spiff up a place and make more from a sale, etc. Lots of applications sharing something you are good at, have learned and picked up along the path of life, your career, the twists and turns, ups and down of your profession.

I have good coffee...surfing skills. When you make videos, create blog posts, you want them salt and peppered everywhere on line. It is not just enough to tell your seller, "I'm on the internet.  Check page 87 on Google..I think I made that page without much effort". You want to bang, be organically found on page one up, up high and screaming nicely "click me". And then you are off and running. The neat thing about the 350 social media sites is they spawn others and I end up on outlets buyers fly in on I am not familiar with. This video on you tube skipped, sprouted and regenerated for someone to hitch a ride on on  Blinkx. Just like you blog post on twitter, feed to facebook, linkedin etc, you have video platforms, photo platforms...sub categories to plant your real estate seeds in. Or you don't have too...but should if your goal is exposure and way way more market share than you deserve. But are creatively capturing by embracing the technology that changes daily. If it works, open the media throttle, let the rpms increase and put your back in to that avenue rather than standing lazily by a water cooler whining about the market that is there that you just don't go after. Are not hungry for.

That Blinkx post that brought me a buyer five minutes ago has the unbranded version of our it got gleaned from Trulia, Zillow or Mainelistings site. This is our branded version of the same property in Monticello Maine.
