Looks like a real deal. BTW Andrew, I always read your blogs, I keep meaining to ask if you know of Mt. Blue? I use to go there every few years as a kid. We would pan for gold, fish, all that fun stuff. Made the drive all the way from Austin Texas with my parents. Boy, that was a longgg drive! Anywayes, kept meaning to ask you if you'd heard of Mt. Blue. We have some family in MA and RI. Hence the other reason we made the hike up there. Good luck on a quick sale with this listing!
