Maine...This "To Be Continued" Cape Sits On 17.5 Acres in Ludlow ME, Aroostook County.

How does this Maine real estate story end?

It depends on who buys this Maine country home. If you peckludlow me home, maine land listing away at the place on three day weekends, vacations now with an eye to retirement full time down the road, it can be slow, easy and not so costly.

If you want the place turn key so all you need to do is go buy groceries, then we can help on this end to assemble an army of craftsmen to get the job done.

Without emptying both pockets. Not too big a hit in the wallet area.

Full concrete septic all in. Maine home is set off a dead end road. Surveyed 17.5 acres. More than enough Maine land to create a real sense of space, elbow room. Peace and quiet so you can think, relax. Watch the video, take the tour now while you have a few minutes.

Let us know your reaction. And if this is not your cup of tea, we have other flavors to serve up. From just Maine land to farms / waterfront acreage with vacation homes, contact MOOERS REALTY. 207.532.6573 info@mooersrealty.com Maine, it's what's been missing where you live now.

I have a girlfriend from up that way - she has lived down here for the last 10 years and only goes home for visits during the summer. Don't know how you handle that snow!
