You Can Lead A Maine Real Estate Buyer To Water....And One Of Those Times It Causes A Closing.

Maine land comes in all sizes, prices, locations. And like a diamond, precious jewel or people, every property is different.

But besides views, long road frontage and fertile soil, valuable timber, waterfront is the real attraction for most. "Give me something on water...a Maine lake, river, stream." Or " What do you have on water...got anything on water, land on water."

The attraction to waterfront is like asking why do people enjoy fireplaces. In the case of fire, postive ions that are given off is credited with much of the attraction. I think staying warm, working with metal or cooking are other pretty good reasons why fire's discovery changed the world. Now consider a fire ring of stones with logs arrange to create your own private light show, with the moon overhead, light dancing, glittering like diamonds off the lake, river, brook the Maine land you bought borders. Do you have that image in your head? Can you hear the crackling fire, flames dancing, the lake loons singing or waves lapping against a boat dock? Your Maine water properties sound so beautiful. I am sure they must be an attraction for many lucky buyers.

Sounds good but it does get cold up there! Price is very attractive though...good place to get lost and relax!

Today is sunny and two boys home from college are going skiing. The youngest asking me to get the snowsled registered so he can hit the trails. They both play hockey and the oldest plans on ice fishing with three of his buddies. Winter is one of our favorite seasons. Weather part of the FAQ's.

Cherise...you need to make the long trip. I see Colorado College was in a hockey playoff and the winner plays the Maine Black Bear Hockey team. Woo hoo. My youngest son plays on the CC hockey team..not the division one squad but they travel to Albuquerque, NM and then somewhere in South Dakota. He has new skis for Christmas he is dying to use out there too.
