A camp on a Maine lake..in the winter, we use ours to snowsled, watch the ice fishermen, for the kids to clear an area to play pond hockey, ice skate. Heading across and up and over hills with cross country skis for a little work out while snowshoe hares hop across your path, signs of a Maine deer or moose become apparent as you near a frozen over brook.

Nice video and it sounds like a great price for a lake lot. 

Your title caught my attention. It's 38 degrees here in Georgia and I would certainly not want to swim here. I couldn't image the water temp in Maine.
