And the hope that the owner would move out and let them rent with option to buy for a year or two until they see if they like the place makes your hands calmy, your brow to sweat. You just wasted a couple hours, half a tank of fuel and got the seller's hopes up for nothing unless the guy has a rich uncle, mom and dad behind him. Or he may hit the lottery tomorrow or win big, very big at Bingo next week.
