Maine Real Estate For Sale !

They Lowered The Price On This 64 Acre Maine Farm...What A Setting.

The owner grew up here, has called the place home for 59 years.

But not the same place he grew up in. Everything from top to bottom, stem to stern has been tweaked, replaced, improved. Scope out the Maine farm video. Imagine you own a Maine farm..64 acres to roam in a town of 100 people that is 6 miles square.

Next to thousands and thousands of acres of just woods and unorganized townships with just a handful of recreational camps and that's it.

Extra well, full concrete septic and trailer lot for a loved one that needs privacy, but that you would sleep better nights having handy, close by.

Asking $225,000!

Andrew - Is that you doing the narration?  You never think a person sounds like what htey really sound like!  When I saw how long the video was at first, I thought it would be too long.  But you do a great job keeping it interesting.  How did you mix the still photos and the video?  What program?

Great clip!  Great listing!

A town of 100 people?  That is some tiny town.  Do the call it Tiny Town?

Not tiny town..really B Plantation which is before C and D and E plantations..everything laid out like you cutting brownies in squares in that new pan that just came out of the oven Monika.

Bob, for the shoe box ranch...the little cape, 3-4 minutes does the splash with video and injects some local lakes, golf, band concerts and area flavor. But with farms with acreage, the guy in Rhode Island, New Jersey wants a video tour of not just the me the fields, woods, the whole ten cent tour. The farms and large acreage sporting camps require a little extended version. For the guy or gal considering a purchase...they are starved for all they can get and it does not have to be a 40 million dollar Hollywood slick production. Just down to earth, talking one on one. When I worked in radio, the gain brain, optimod audio channel processing would create a Darth Vadar voice but my humble little editing studio is lower key, more realistic. Thanks for popping in!

After Bob commented on your narration - - I had to check what you sounded like - - thought maybe you'd sound like Tim Sample or something!  NOT!  Interesting property also . . .

Terry..Tim Sample famous for his Downeast humor about the Dubious Brothers..a band from Lewiston that had the hit "If you want to keep your six pack cold, put it next to my ex-wife's heart" and talks about eating Lobstahhh, the wicked good taters he brought back from the County chummy kind of lingo. Barrrr Harbarrrrr and Bangerrrrr Maine pronounciations.
