The trick is to talk one on one, no script, no blah blah blah but from your experience in the area. You are a tour guide with a little Chamber of Commerce drum beating along the way. Answer the questions you get asked over and over..those are the ones on everyone's mind. For example as me what I know about Salt Spring..the area you serve. Zip, nada, nein, nothing. So anything you can share with me besides, above and beyond the real estate real estate real estate is what takes care of my fears, questions, concerns. It gets me into gear to take a trip to meet you in person. And with video, I already know you, have heard your voice, saw your face. When I stumble into your office, you are the first person, the only person I know in Salt Spring. You don't think that translate into sales? Can you say shame on you? I knew you could. What is a day in your neighborhood like? Show me, tell, me with video of the local flavor!
