Real estate advertising should be that exciting, memorable, making you inquisitive, curious, not able to robot imagekeep yourself from peeking with quick glances causing excitement you don't totally understand.

Is your presentation robotic, same old same old? Or do you put your all into it with powerful, ferocious marketing of the high points of the new listing you just took?

       The eye candy imagery, the copy written that gets noticed and is not watered down, plain jane. And video that lets the prospect hear your voice, see your face, tour the property inside and out. Total body treatment from the head to the toe of the real estate listing, not just a facial or surface coverage. Think you only go to the extreme on the most expensive properties in your inventory? Then you are forgetting the bread and butter listings that most of the audience can afford. Treatment of your properties and how you advertise, what your presentation style is.

    

Do you hold back on the three bedroom ranch and the Olive Oil look simple house lot but excel, going over the top with too much attention on the swanky victorians or lakeshore offerings that have more bells and whistles to crow about?

Like children in your family, each one is different but all need special attention, careful handling to guide them, shape them. Neglecting some listings creating ophans. Or over indulging others with over the top attention, detail? How do you market your listings...all or nothing, everyone the same or somewhere in between?

Creating a picture in the prospects head...picking the right words.

Taking images of the fine points not just point and shoot, done hurried like every real estate exercise hurried thru. Do the images smell like perfume or a skunk or not at all.

Video of the local community woven in, salt and peppered presentation where you hear birds singing, loons at the lake for a waterfront listing or just images zooming in and out with piano music. That is not video or using all the 5 senses to flirt, get noticed, receive attention. Thanks Brian. Figured the title would work on the men in the audience...have to think of something to peek the interests of the ladies...hmmmm...Property that is ripped, strong, independent and manly. Ah...not so good at that style being a guy and all.

I agree Andrew.  I often struggle trying to make my descriptions different and unique to each property I list.  Can I hire you to write them for me???
