People looking for real estate call you, email you, stop in requesting information on property. Once it is figured out what they want or don't want, and if they are outside your area, you efficiently, complete and quickly ship them the information. Email the package, and presto, gone, sling shotted down and out the real estate shipping conveyor. On its way around the globe at warp seven and hopefully landing in the prospect's email in-box before they call back in five minutes and say they don't have it yet. If they remembered the correct email in a call or visit and give it a little time to snake thru their security, target acquired, locked on, successful hit. Or if a reply to their email to you with the attached package is not met with an iron curtain of spam protection or direct shuttle to their trash can so that they miss it altogether.
But do not forget or neglect the cat that has resisted the internet, is not on line, has no email address. Doesn't want one or had one, but no hooked up and the computer is in a shipping box ready for the move somewhere, maybe your home town where you peddle property. When you ask for an email, what is the inner response in you when he says there is none and no, don't have any friends on line and I'm not trotting to the library for access to all your wonder images, maps, videos on property and the area. He wonders, can't you just send me something snail mail. Sure you can and have brochures, listing sheets and lots to send. You just wished you could give him the full treatment media wise, and be able to answer most of his questions if you could just get his eyeballs scanning the electron set for property like he is asking about or that you think he should consider.
Don't make the real estate customer feel like he is a technological caveman.Explain nicely there is lots more to share with him if what you do get the postman to take him perks his interest. Let him know you only need an email, his, someone's like his sister, neighbor, one from work to ping him the full meal deal. But in your hurry to be efficient and get on to the next email that land at your inbox day in and day out like a fly airport, plan some of the real estate shipments are the old slap a stamp on, print some copies and send a package. It's more time consuming but you don't as much anymore with 85% of people on line for anything they need.
