For what sits on the four tires is worth. Within a range of condition, with this, this and this options. Looking up the year, model, figuring in the mileage and voila, we have a number Houston.

With real estate in Maine it's whoa, slow down. Not so fast, not so easy. Because where the property is, the location has to be figured in. Unlike the car or truck, SUV that is mobile, moves around. Then that short suited situation is going to pay dividends big time. Justify a higher price, greater value if the occupancy can be quick. Plus once I tour the property, I can explain what little extras are worth doing, what are not to save the owner money. Whether a property will sell or not depends if the Maine real estate listing is realistically priced, marketed passionately, whole hog, full throttle.

I remind the caller in a hurry for a figure to hit and run with to think diamond. And ask them a question, what is the value of a diamond, a gem? Well they say it depends on a lot of factors. Right.
