Maine Real Estate Video...Little Less Talk And A Lot More Action.

Some Maine real estate videos have local "stars" in them and in one recent Aroostook River Masardis ME  an energetic dog that swims, chases squirrels, etc guides the Maine real estate video property splash.

The family dog helps the production along. Have had  black and white cows munching, rescue mustang horses looking at the real estate broker wondering if he has an apple, carrot patiently appear in the video hooplah for a particular Maine property. Off camera the owners sometime narrate, get picked up and mixed in to the property message. All adds to the transporting, teleporting of the real estate buyer on the other end of the fiber wire, wireless signal to pull them like a tractor beam to the property if kept simple, helpful, full of details both visual and audio about the place. In this video, the sound and sight of a crackling fire, birds overhead and in the water along with Tucker, the star help put you in the Maine woods of Masardis ME.

The action of anything live makes the video work, makes it well, a video. Not a glorified slide show. If a real estate broker collects images, takes them back to the office, adds any old music bed to avoid silence, and makes those images jerk in and out like the hokey pokey...well, that is hokey. Recycled images you already showed the property buyer. Wasting their time, not giving them anything new to digest, consider, to showcase the property you listed. You need, want, should be selling full throttle, pedal to the floor, swinging with both marketing arms. Not holding back. Video delivers. Is the big brother sibling of your real estate marketing family of tools today. Not just a slick new fad but a serious property selling platform that hits deeper, reaches further. Taps in to all five senses to make a lasting impression.

If you rely only on your mls real estate print out, tons of information is left out about the property that makes it unique, special, desireable. Do you skimp on the real estate property images and do it the old dog and pony way of two, maybe three outside, a few inside images and then that's all she wrote for the duration of the listing?

Then you are keeping the property, the ME real estate "cloaked and choked."

Hidden, barely exposed. You are holding back. Video, don't just say someday. Or maybe on one of two of your highest priced properties. Get on board, get those real estate mls listings video loaded. The local community videos uploaded, embedded in your blogs like this post, linked to your emails, planted around your social media web 2.0 garden. Be in the only one percent of REALTORS who use real video to market their real estate listings, their area, their brand.
