Think of them as "rays" from your marketing gun.Amplify what you are "broadcasting" and add to the media stream. Stand alone blog posts on your niche audience need to be salt and peppered all over the internet. Flickr images, organically enhanced SEO rich real estate material using the social media, blogs, videos, podcasts, websites and start getting involved in real estate forums knowing the values of back links to your site, blog, YOU!

Selling real estate IS an emergency, something that has to happen quickly, completely and you are the person they count on to do the job, find the buyer, locate the seller to market the property. (Adjusting your cape, it was caught in your car door in the tear to the last showing/closing.) Marketing like a super hero, as important as life and death itself. It is to your seller, buyer, family.
