Maine Real Estate Brochures Still Need To Be Printed And Circulated!

Back in 1980 when I started real estate, brochures being printed  4000 at a time was standard procedure.  Every sixteen properties, do a brochure.

Put these in an area brochure to direct mail.  The same brochures went to the Maine tourist information centers by the thousands to be there ready to pick up. Now with internet websites, blogs, podcasts, videos..still need the brochure to hand out as part of the real estate arsenal!real estate brochures, printing, mooers realty, property for sale, flyers  Still have people call that are not on line. Folks drop in that don't have an email and are still a little leery of this internet / computer craze.  In addition to the picture brochures, do print up a land list that is easy to in one fell swoop show you all that is available.  But the maps, images and more information that is so easy now to email is so much more helpful and details than the standard brochures.
