There are lots of listings flying around you that you just need to focus on, and be ready to go after. When you drive thru a town, look at all the real estate. Someone needs to sell to settle an estate . Someone else wants a bigger place and is ready to move with your help. You just need to contact them...track them down. Don't be afraid of stopping in to visit, they won't bite. You are providing a service to help them. Or they know someone else that is in need of your help. Too many brokers figure the area is flooded with agents...not much to go after. Wrong. You can collect listings to market. But it starts with you...get your gun ready. Way more lucrative than asteroids too!
